Don't understand the guys disdain for cruises. I've been on a few and their a blast. Not going to stop because one drunk Italian donk wanted to show off. When I've gone the safty drill is the FIRST thing you do and when in port they are always lowering the safty rafts and testing them. Reeks of shady foreign practices.

I'm not philosophically opposed to the whole cruise exerience. I've found a couple off-the-beaten-path cruises that I wouldn't mind taking some day. For example, there's a really cool looking one that begins & ends in Buenos Aries. It goes down the SA coast to Patagonia & back.

 

That being said…I don't know that I'd be down to cruise in the Med anytime soon. Seems like something is always going wrong with those donks.

You can leave out of Baltimore now. No need to spend a few hunge on a flight just to get you there.

 

-This may sound like a "Hagerstown Steve question," but I am serious about it. Can you get drugs onto one of those Cruiseliners? I've never been on one, and if I am on vacation, it would suck to go seven days on one of those things without some blow. Only in Singapore will I put up with that.

I think they have drug and bomb dogs search the checked luggage; at least by Customs and Border Protection upon return to the United States.  If you keep the shit on your person I think your good.  Do not hold me to that, but I believe that is the way it goes.  If not, you can always get something from the crew because you know those motherfuckers are bringing shit on board!
