Wisdom: How much longer are we gonna see Flip Saunders on the sideline?

EB: I'm convinced that Teds just gonna ride this out.

Lurch: I agree with Eric. I don't think that Teds going to make a move. I mean they're 2-15 so why wouldn't he have already make a move?…He doesn't want to pay Flip the money and not work.

EB: I'm convinced its money. Ted doesn't want to spend the money to pay off Flip in a losing year.

 

Later in the show…

 

Caller: They gotta get rid of Flip and Ernie…

EB: Ted is punting this year…He's punting completely. He's not going to fire Flip. I'm really am convinced he's not going to fire him. 

 

Later in the day…The Wizards fire Flip Saunders.

Well EB is right, Ted is punting this year. Why not name Cassell the interim HC? He's young and untested and maybe could grow witht he team. I'm convinced Ted will hire another retread as his next HC.

As usual…their sense of timing is impeccable! It's almost as if Ted was listening & fired Flip as a, "Fuck you!" to them both.
