One small example of why CBS sucks at web design and marketing online. Look at WJFK's podcast page. The top ranked shows are at the bottom and the minor are at the top. Nothing against Kevin & Rock or In The Pits, but the weekday shows should be at the top and not buried at the bottom. I don't believe in some theory that it allows people to discover new shows. People listen to WJFK for the big shows and ignore the others. Fact. Give the people what they want. If they want to dig deeper they will. Quit making it so difficult to find the shows you're spending all your corporate money on. Either market them or don't do it at all.

Being in the business and being forced to go to their site from time to time to find content, I can tell you this is just one of many examples.

Vegas needs some Junkie love.  We need a P1 party or a JPO in VEGAS!!!!

That site is a total debacle and imposable to navigate. Thank God for Valdez, if I had to go there to get my podcasts, I'd probably just punt.

Unfortunately…most people suck at their jobs. Alas, web design is no different.
